Economics masters student - Need advice on beginning of career + job opportunities

I recently graduated in Economics and Politics and have started a masters in Economics. I have also completed two internships, in the summer of 2021 and 2022. I only managed to convert my 2021 internship (2022 internship had no headcount), however since then, my interests have changed greatly and I am much more interested in going into a role that would involve analysing financial markets, involve a high-paced intense environment, and also be one that involves quantitative research/building trading strategies. The firm I converted are flexible and have a very tech start-up vibe to their culture, and have also been accommodating to allowing me to attend any lectures/classes as part of my masters this coming year. My dilemma however is that the work and the culture is just not for me. At first I thought I could just take the job and work, then evaluate where I am in a years time, with a year of industry experience and save up some money too. However, I have been reflecting on whether I should decline the offer for this firm and instead utilise this year to focus significantly on my masters, as well as to apply to roles that I am interested in for a 2023 start, and enhance my coding skills (Python/VBA etc). Essentially, I am confused as to what is the best route to go down, especially as I do not want to start my career in the wrong way.

Please do let me know if you have advice on how to decide the best route to go down when you are starting your career and how to decide upon two choices. Thank you.
