Feeling stuck after 15 years in ER/Investment strategy

Hi all- i've worked in buy side equity research (have my CFA+CFP) and investment research at bulge bracket firms for about 15 years now. I initially got into my roles as I found learning about the markets interesting, but at my age (37), I have 2 big gripes: 1) following the markets and the ever changing nature of it just seems burdensome. I still find it stressful heading into meetings trying to cover everything under the sun given the amount of variables/possible questions out there 2) getting jaded on the worth of investment research for various reasons

I may have just had bad experiences in my firm/role/management, but I want to explore other roles within finance, or just leave it altogether. Something with a bit more consistency where my knowledge actually applies to practical knowledge would be pluses (sorry it's a bit vague).

Thank you in advance!
