Hello, I am currently interning at a top MM / BB bank. If I don't get a return offer due to headcount issues, what are my chances of lateraling to a FT position? Assume a 3.5+ GPA at a target with strong resume experiences and leadership.
Interested in top advisory banks (EVR, Moelis, PJT, PWP) but also IB at any bank is good too but want to assess opportunities and how to proceed.
