Lateral from sa to ft
Hi,
I recently accepted an offer for a SF eb tech group think (laz, pwp, moe, ghl). However, I didn’t really take the recruiting process that seriously and know I could do much better. Also after living on the west coast for my whole life and going to college here too, I realized I have to get out to NY.
How likely would it be to internally transfer to a Ny office for the firm, I don’t really have a preference over group. If unlikely, how do I go about the full time recruiting process, and what can I do to end up in NY.
