GPA Question - Soph at one of the top 10 undergrad b schools

I'm a soph at one of the top 10 undergrad b schools and i currently have a 3.4 GPA. I'm trying to raise it this semester and Spring term with extra classes, but I'm really worried that if I can't raise it by interview season next year (Or only get it to a 3.5/3.6) I won't even get a first round interview. My resume is decent, I'll most likely have an internship at a nonprofit VC and a strategy consulting firm under my belt by the end of summer, and also I'm pretty involved in a PE club here. I'll obviously network my ass off this summer and do everything I can to give myself an advantage, and one advantage I do have is I've probably read more and researched more about the finance industry than most people who will be competiting with me next year--but I assume that will only give me a slight advantage if any next year because most people will have caught up by then, even though I'll prob still know more. What I want to know is, does anyone believe Im actually competitive against the people in my own school, not even counting the thousands of applicants from other top b schools, for getting onto wall street next year? Does anyone have any tips? Hope this doesnt come off as a stupid question.

No, they are two different firms. I'm staying in school spring term (most people leave after winter term, we're on a semester system), and during that time, ill hopefully be working at a nonprofit VC firm that provides pre-seed money to startups in the area. Im from Chicago, and so when I go home for the summer (after Spring term, June) I'll probably be working at a strategy consulting firm. I interviewed for both jobs and it looks like I'll be getting both..iv gotten an unofficial job offer at the consulting firm and the VC firm told me they could offer me a volunteer internship even if i dont get the paid one. im doing two internships in the same summer because I'll be in two different locations throughout the summer so I figured I should try to work at both.
