Headhunter cold email

I am trying to cold email head hunters and think my format is pretty bad. Here it is. Can someone please provide any insights / templates on how to cold email HHs? Thanks

This is my current format:

Dear Ms. / Mr. XXX,

My name is XXX and I work as a XXX in XXX. I am am experienced in [modeling, diligence, etc] in XXX sectors and am looking for private equity opportunities. Your firm is a top recruiter for [mega/mm/lower mm] funds and I am very interested in chatting more about opportunities in those funds.

Can we find a time to discuss?

Thanks, XXX
