How did you learn to treat recruiting so stoically

Terrible title but I’ve noticed a lot of folks here have an easy time being able to plan 10 years ahead like the 2+2+2 track and have no issue with leaving employers coworkers behind. I personally feel obligated to help the team that hired me out of college and find it hard to see myself leaving them before I hit the desk. Is this just my professional immaturity or lack of experience in the field? Is work supposed to be this thing where you maximize your salary by jumping ship a couple of times? Sorry if this seems like a stupid topic lol.
