How to avoid being labeled as a flake

Long story short I'm thinking about pursuing a job change but am not sure about how to avoid being labeled as a flake. Here's the situation:

1. Started job in banking, did this job for 2 years

2. At 1.5 years in I secured a large cap PE offer that started in year 3

3. Bank let me do a fellowship programme where I worked at a tech company for six months after my analyst programme (year 2 - 2.5) during this time I fell in love with tech

4. From year 2.5 - 3, I came back to my bank as an Associate, and then left (on good terms but bank is out of the picture now)

4. Started at large cap PE role, absolutely hate it. Want to be around tech, in growth equity, sourcing, etc., interacting with founders.

I now have the opportunity to pursue a top tier sourcing growth equity role (it is not in the bag but it is spun up - that is why I am asking now). However, on paper I will look like a flake, primarily because of the fellowship (e.g., in the last year, I have held three separate roles: bank, tech company, PE firm).

How should I communicate this going forward? What should I be thinking about in terms of pissing off my current employer? My dream is tech investing but I worry that for some reason I am not conceiving, maybe the long term effects of leaving my current fund Associate programme will bite me in the butt.

Let me know what you think. Thanks all.
