Internship Choice Help - Real Estate Bridge

Hi everyone,

So as of now I have one definite offer to a Real Estate Bridge lending bank in NYC. So, the firm works with investment banks and private equity funds for acquisitions of properties. As a Sophomore is this an internship worth taking or should I continue to network for a IB or PE internship as I would like to enter IBanking upon graduation.

Being that you are only a sophomore, I would say take it if this is the only opportunity you have available for the summer. Sounds like it could be an interesting position for your age and could gain you some decent experience, not for IB specifically, but still some solid experience. Just make sure to network hard for a SA IB position next summer if you really want to do IB upon graduation.
