Internship without the best english

Hi guys, I'm new in this site. I have a question for you and I hope that someone will help me. I think non-native speaker could help me more. The main problem is that my english is not so good: I can understand some articles ( even though sometimes i don't get some words), I can quite easily understand native speaker but sometimes i need them to repeat, but, my speaking is quite bad, i need to think and sometimes I'm blocked finding the right word or expression. Having said that, I'm trying to improve it every day. However, I was thinking about getting a summer internship in a finance-related departement. Do you think I can get one? Maybe in a "more technical role"? I was also reckoning that it's quite pointless to apply to UK/USA-based offices. And maybe in some other coutries where english is not the mother toungue it could be easier. Have you got some advice? or I just have to spend my next summer learning english better and leave the research of an internship to the next year. Thank you for your attention and i hope you didn't get bored and understand what I'm trying to say.

Thank you for your sincerity... But actually I wrote quickly, my English is slightly better, but much. Thank you again for your answer.

Hey, I have the same problem. Whether it is grammar or speech, you cant really improve by yourself, you need to hire a professional or sign up for a program. Like in college, learning cost money. I suggest you improve your grammar and then work on your speech.
