Is it too late for SA 2024?

Sophomore at semi-target (3.7GPA). A bit late to the game as I only recently decided wanted to recruit for IB. Any advice as to go about networking/recruiting given that a lot of banks are wrapping up 1st rounds?

definitely some places that opened not too long ago/haven't opened at all. take a look at some MM banks that recruit a bit more off-cycle, and if push comes to shove, boutiques in your area. beyond that though, GS hasn't opened yet, and EVR just opened up. i'd network your ass off at those two firms and hope for the best since it'll be tough to bounce back at places like JPM/MS/CVP for example, that seem to already be well into the process. not an optimal situation at all, but you're definitely not TOO late

DM me - went through a tough process from a complete non-target and got a solid SA23 offer. Late makes things difficult but banks will recruit for a while (like, until the end of the summer). Not saying those are the best offers, but still offers nonetheless.

My company opened the SA 2024 job in early Jan and just held the last super day. Other banks are still interviewing tho.
