Job Market Help

I graduated from a non-target in June 2024, luckily landing as a PC analyst in December 2024, where I spent >1 year before being laid off (due to a restructure). I started the recruitment process again, but now I'm running into a gap of being too experienced for new grad programs, but not experienced enough for experienced hire roles. I've had a few recruiters (for exp. hire roles) say they liked me / I'm a strong candidate, but they ultimately go with someone who has more experience than me. Any advice on how to approach the search and better position myself?
