Networking lunch. Advice?

So I have scheduled a lunch meeting with a cushman wakefield partner but since I dont know much about networking (Im young and still doing my bachelors) I wanted to ask you guys for advice on what to do, say or ask and more importantly what not to.I also have this tendency of becoming too formal and submissive (no not like that) when talking to older higher status people, you know let them talk about themselves and whatever else makes them happy and it seems to work most of the time but would it perhaps be a better idea to speak to them as I would to a friend? My goal here, aside from learning, is to hopefully persuade him into becoming my mentor or maybe employ me, is that unrealistic? If not, how do I impress him enough to achieve that?
