PE not for me. What's next?

Been in PE for about 3 years and realizing that it's not for me in the long term. The hours, stress, and relatively boring work don't seem worth it for me as somebody who doesn't care that much about becoming exorbitantly wealthy in the long run. I miss having the time to pursue other hobbies and passions, freedom to take a trip or vacation without being "on call", and sacrificing time for friends and relationships to build models late into the evening...

In a next role, I'd want something that is relatively chill hours-wise, still pays decently well ($150k?), with the ability to truly unplug after 6pm. Would love to hear any ideas about places to poke around.

There are many exit paths after PE - Corporate FP&A, Investor Relations, Finance at Tech Firms, Corporate Development, Consulting - depending on what piques your interest.
