Recent Grad Looking for Full Time Position
I'm a 2023 graduate from Bucknell and former D1 athlete (only 3 seasons because of injury). Graduated Cum Laude and had an IB internship at a small middle-market bank my junior summer but have been having a rough time finding a full time role. Was thinking about starting WallStreet Mastermind or finding a different type of role because of the lack of success I've had so far. Any thoughts on what I should do?
Wall Street mastermind is a scam, don’t give sam shiah a penny
Have seen a few others say that, why do you think it’s a scam?
How many more people would it take for you to be convinced? Google “Wall Street mastermind WSO” and read any of the several threads that come up. Then make your own decision.
Not going to find a role in IB at this point... hiring happens a year in advance and it's a very tough market right now so very few roles across all of finance. WSM will not help, that guy is a scammer.
You're going to need to pick up a corporate finance role (FP&A type) and can do MBA or something down the line
I say keep shooting your shot, but tough skin is needed
