Recruiting Advice

I'm starting to get the feeling there's either something wrong with my resume or my approach.  I just graduated from a non-target (STEM School) in May with a major in Finance and a 3.6 GPA.  I actually tried playing professional soccer in Spain my first 2 years of college, while taking online courses.  Unfortunately I had a knee injury that just wouldn't go away so I made the decision to come back and finish my degree.

I started working in the retail auto business just to make a little money and see if it was the right industry for me.  I actually really enjoyed the work but the income is very inconsistent and there are a lot of external factors that affect the business.  During the pandemic (junior year) I started researching finance roles and the work seemed pretty interesting to me.  Getting an internship was pretty difficult and I decided to take the SIE exam.  That got me a wealth management internship at a local firm which was my first real finance related role on my resume. I used a connection at the firm to get a full time job as a client relations manager at another wealth management office while I was in my senior year of school.  My schedule was pretty hectic but in the back of my head I thought employers would see that I can handle a busy schedule so at the time i believed it was worth it.

I still work there but I really want to get my foot in the door in a bank.  I'm open IB, ER, S&T and even risk analysis.  Since April I've been applying and networking on Linkedin but it's now August and I don't really have any leads.  In the end of April I'll admit I started slacking off, only because I found a dream opportunity that I was making headway in (CITI had this life-balance program where you are an EMEA banker in Spain, coincidentally close to where I lived, working a 9-5, unfortunately got cut in the 4th round ) I have a decent amount of time on my hands and I'm always eager to learn, so I just finished the CFI FMVA program.  Learned a lot and hopefully that helps my case.  I've attached my resume.  Looking for feedback, advice, maybe more certifications or just different recruiting technique.  Thanks
