Given the size of Williams, its recruiting prospects are pretty outsized and there is an abundance of opportunities both in terms of on-campus recruiting (for BBs, MMs, etc.) and alumni recruiting for hedge funds, PE firms, more specialty finance firms, etc. The biggest advantage comes by way of the alumni network -- Williams alums are fiercely loyal to the College (on-par with Dartmouth/Princeton), and will pull hard for young alums/students of their alma mater. However, Williams is also respected for being a rigorous institution, and places well in professional grad schools (top 5 placement) as well as in elite finance/consulting firms.
There aren't any disadvantages of a Williams degree, other than the fact that your extended family may not know how selective or impressive your institution was. Liberal arts is still a preferred field of study in investment banking, management consulting, etc., and Williams has one of the top undergraduate economics and mathematics programs in the nation.
