Rerecruiting Timeline??

I am a current junior at a decent IB recruiting school. My gpa going into recruitment was pretty low compared to others recruiting IB at my school, and I think this played a large part into the SA offer I ended up getting (Consumer bank with growing middle market IB presence, think Fifth Third, KeyBanc, PNC, etc.). Maybe I'm just an asshole and bad interviewer, idk.

Anyway, I am grateful for the offer I have, but it's not ideal for my goals. Not sure if I am going to re-recruit yet, but would like to know what I need to do so I can be ahead of the curve if I decide to. Would someone who knows about the process be willing to give me some general advice or a timeline for when I should be networking, applying, looking for positions, etc.?

Any advice is appreciated!
