Serious help needed

I'm currently working on a sales and trading desk for FI. I'm on my second year on the desk. The management and leadership has been very toxic, dismissive, and hostile. I have yet to do a single trade, all accounts are gatekept, I have to get prior permission before cold calling any account just for an intro to build my own book, and most of the desk works from home and has not been in the office in 6 months. Along all this, I do not only all the typical junior tasks, but every task a manager wants. I've even had to uber an hour away to pick up their car because they stayed out too late the night prior. If I show ambition and attempt to go above and beyond, I am chastised. And on top of everything, I am paid 65k all in. Lowest earners on the desk make 300+ I just received an offer to move over to another firm in their equity sales division. I know this is completely different from what I am doing now and I am extremely conflicted. I really don't want to give up on a trading role without even having the opportunity to dive in to see if I like it yet. But the culture and low pay has taken a massive toll on my mental health. This offer is 120 base and extreme upward mobility. I don't want just the pay to blind me and I really am looking for some insight from others to help me piece things together. I seriously appreciate anyone who responds.
