Tips for networking with a C-Suite

I would love some advice/tips on what to discuss or ask a c-suite level executive. I have an upcoming networking call with an executive at a large and renown HF, and i'm stressing. Somehow managed to secure a call and I'm not sure what to ask him. Do I go more personal and to try and develop a stronger connection or do I keep it strictly business related? Also, how should I go about ending the call? Should I just keep it formal or maybe gauge how the call went and ask if there is anyone else I should speak with. I'm really just looking for any advice from people who have had these type of calls in the past. Thanks!
