What Now? - Looking for some advice

Hey Guys- Looking for some advice. With FT recruiting season winding down I'm still without an offer. Applied mostly to i-banking jobs (BB MM and boutiques) and got to 2 BB superdays but to no avail. My remaining leads at this point are few and those I have are bleak. I feel that my resume is decently strong b/c I got a fair amount of interviews but couldn't close the deal on any of them. Are there any options left at this point? I'm not stressing or feeling sorry for myself because I know I'm trying as hard as I can but I'm not in the greatest situation right now and I'm running out of ideas. Thanks guys.

Keep working everything you have going for IB but start strongly branching out... IB is not the be all end all, I ended up taking a consulting offer because I got fed up with the IB dance... I can try it again after B school.

Still not sure if I want to spend the next 30+ years grinding away in corporate finance and the WSO dream chase or look to have enough passive income to live simply and work minimally.

If you really want IB, don't stop man. You will be disappointed with anything else. Start cold calling/emailing alumni and random companies. Seek out your network. There are lots of kids in your position and there are people that work harder at securing these jobs, and do get them!

CFA is bs. Its such a time constraint and for what, 1 bullet point on your resume. Totally not worth the monetary/time investment.

I agree that CFA is time consuming. But if someone is not working right out of college, it will keep you sharp and busy. Networking and getting your resume out is more important, though.
