Now that banks have gone through two SA recruiting cycles virtually, I feel like most of them have gotten virtual recruiting down. Seeing that virtual recruiting is so much more convenient than flying SD candidates up to the office and occasionally taking care of lodging for candidates, will banks be moving SDs virtual permanently post-COVID?
