Working abroad for six months after graduation?

I'm doing FT recruiting atm, but I've learned I can work in Switzerland for up to 18 months without a visa. I have a ton of family there, so living and finding work wouldn't be a challenge, but I don't know how it'll affect job prospects once I come back to the US. I basically see three options at this point:

1. Recruit FT and ask the bank to delay for at least 6 months to live and work abroad.

2. End recruiting FT now and hope that I come into a better job market once I get back

3. Just do FT and work there once I've completed my IB stint.

Any full-timers have thoughts? I just don't want to come back and not be able to get a good IB stint cause I'm six months to a year behind the curve
