Close to being expelled from college. What should I do?

Some background.

I'm attending a mediocre university in Europe, and I as got close to my exam date I showed up to class to hear about the exam details. When I went to class the professor told me publicly that I didn't meet the minimum requirements to show up for the exam (didn't meet the minimum number of class attendance) and that I should leave. He started to explain to me our university's internal code of conduct and official regulations, and how I didn't meet my obligations as a student based on those official documents. Well, to my amusement, I was extremely familiarized with all those codes and regulations but I just stayed there in silence nodding knowing that because of some loopholes in the internal codes/regulations I was entitled to show up at the exam.

I've written my complaint to our Dean explaining what happened and how based on the code/regulation I should be able to attend the exam, but the Dean, to cover his friend/professor, just managed to put some of the weakest boomer moves that I saw in my life like erasing some official documents on my university's website and adding new ones that theoretically would prove that I'm not right (he doesn't know about archive.org, poor guy).

Afterward, I also received some emails notifying me that I was erased from my degree's students database without further context and that I don't have access to our student website. Now, I'm pretty sure that this Monday I'll receive a decision from the Dean saying that I will be expelled based on some bullshit reasons (like unethical attitude, corrupting the code/regulations to my advantage, etc.) based on the fact that I'm not anymore in the database of my university.

So, that's what happened in a nutshell. Could I do something legally? Also, would any university wish to enroll me without starting from 0?

Never Happened.

If you can't be bothered to show up why should they bother giving you a slot someone else could have?

Class attendance requirements were probably in the syllabus.

Behold! Mr. Agree to Disagree appears again!

I think you do have at least discovery level of legal action which would probably make them drop it (COI between the Dean and your professor). Supposing you have documentation of course. If you're in the EU, GDPR requires them to keep those records and make them aavailable. And using the wayback machine shows them trying to hide evidence. Also, I had several professors that flat out said that you don't have to attend every class, so long as you take the exams and pass. Suredly you did get some recompense on your grade if you did show up every period. But regardless the precedent is there. Erasing those docs on your website is most likely illegal to boot without your consent. Assuming you didn't sign that over at the beginning.

Push back. You obviously seem to have the resolve. So many times I've lost just because I didn't keep going.

Just leave. Had the same rules at university in China, but there had some room for negotiation. If the Dean is going through so much trouble to "prove you're wrong" then they don't want you there. Why are you even at the school if you're so unwilling to show up..and looking for loopholes on top of everything else.
