Do you mean which beans or brewing method?

Beans is personal preference, but key is to buy beans roasted within the last two weeks. The bag will have a roast date on it, if it doesn't then they're commercial beans and probably stale.

Personally love v60 pour-overs or moka pots. But have recently gone down the espresso rabbit hole and haven't looked back.

The key is to get a good grinder.

For traditional coffee just a Baratza Encore which you can get refurbished for ~$110.

For espresso you need to spend some $$ and would recommend Eureka Mignon or Niche Zero. A decent espresso set up will cost $700 at the minimum between the machine & grinder, but you can easily spend up to 4 grand.

Sugar free Rockstar. That's what this topic is about, right? Oh yeah, I don't drink coffee lol

I make 4 shots of espresso with this and mix it with Silk Dark Chocolate Almond milk as creamer.

I actually get the Almond milk delivered too:

I use 1/2 container as creamer per 4 shots of espresso.

I am also big into espressos and prefer a medium roast. I think Lavazza makes a good med roast bean. I also agree with the above, if you can find a locally roastery that would be good. The more recent the roasting, the better the cup.
