Pretty much title. There are always threads about wlb in banking and that it could be not sustainable if you want a family. For those that have parent(s) that were high up in banking, how was your childhood?

Being highly ranked in an organization can be in many industries other than banking.

Im aware of that but I don’t think you can compare them. Especially when it comes to personalities. I get that there are hard workers in every industry (especially high up) but I’m curious specifically for banking since I’ll be going into that for full time.
