Help - Internship Housing NYC Summer 2022
Hi all,
I am looking into housing for my summer 2022 investment banking internship and need any/all advice and tips. I have heard terrible things about the NYU dorms, but am struggling to find other options. There are very few air bnbs available and most are ridiculously priced. Is there anywhere else I should look? What is a reasonable price to be paying for the 10-month summer? My office is in Midtown east and I would prefer to walk to work, even if it is around 20 min. Is it reasonable to find a place within walking distance or does most everyone subway? When should I have housing figured out by? Is it ok to room with people going to your bank or do you think that would cause problems? Thank you!

I'm also in a similar boat - office is in midtown near grand central. Been looking at NYU but definitely not the best option. would love to know how it compares to other companies that do intern housing or Airbnb
