I’ve been using the Bowflex adjustable weights with a bench. They’re kind of pricey but definitely worth it IMO. The bench I have is super old but it’s good enough to get the job done. My local gym closed down unfortunately, but they sold off all of their equipment so we were able to pick up a pretty nice treadmill at a discount. You can pretty much do everything with the adjustable weights and a bench — highly recommend picking those up.

I'm unfortunately pretty space-restricted. Only some dumbbells and Rogue's "Mutt Bar."

I'd love to get a power rack and some barbells, but that's not very likely while living in apartments.

It sucks because I started hitting the gym seriously as soon as all this started, but it is what it is I suppose. Anyway, I don't have the room for any real equipment, but have been doing body weight excercises and picked up a good set of resistence bands. Not the most ideal setup, but better than nothing.

Bodyweight for strength training is very good.  I do push ups and then use a pullup bar with sleeves.  I have no idea what I am doing but I figure if the exercise is tough to do or I can feel it in my body, it might be good for me.  If you are constrained on space, get a jump rope.

A kettlebell, that is if you can find one. It is a single piece of equipment that is great for a whole body exercise that can build strength and cardio simultaneously

I also find a yoga mat is nice, not for yoga but for calisthenics. You can challenge yourself with just body weight for quite a while, tons of routines on youtube that you can follow. I don't mind having it out near my work from home set up to remind me to bust out a cheeky set of push ups whenever I get up from the chair.

I have a door mounted pullupbar, for pull-ups, obviously.

Then I have gymnastic rings for dips. These I mount on the pullupbar when I train chest.

I also have a weight belt which I add a kettlebell onto for the first 5 sets (I do 10 for back and chest).

I have 4 Kettlebells: 16kg, 24kg and 32kg from rogue.

It kinda covers everything I need for the time being.

Hope the fucking gyms are opening in the next month or two cant fucking take this hippy training anymore lol also miss the girls in the gym.

Biggest mistake I made was waiting until I got my adjustable bowflex dumbbells to start working out at home again. Would highly recommend those and a bench, but there are a ton of home workouts you can do without any equipment (if you're looking for inspo watch some Chris Heria vids on youtube). Also getting a pull up bar and resistance bands is clutch - think with those few things you can cover most exercises til gyms open up again.

Obvi if you have more room and $ you can buy weight racks, but think that's prob not worth the investment at this point unless you live in the burbs or something.

A powercage with an Olympic bar. You can do a ton of shit with a Barbell.

You kind of need a garage for this though right?

I have a home cycling studio similar to this, except my screen is a little bigger. Wahoo Kickr Core direct drive trainer with a Trek Madone with aerobars. It is really cool and fun to ride in VR and burn calories.  Zwift is amazing.
