to elaborate on adopting, I don't personally feel like anyone should have children. Most people have children because they think that it would be fun to have children, they think that it would give meaning to their lives to have these children. But what about the children. The children didn't have the decision to be brought into this world for the amusement of their parents, to simply play a part in the lives of their parents. I think that it is irresponsible to have a child at all when there are so many children with no home, homeless children or starving children in Africa. Why not adopt a starving child in Africa if you want to have a child so much. It is irresponsible to have children of your own if you do not leave these children with enough inheritance to never have to work a day in their lives. Most people are shackled to the ties of wage slavery their entire lives. If you cannot create financial independence for your offspring, you are setting them up for a probable life of wage slavery as well. So by having a child, you are having a slave. You are simply bringing a slave into this world to be used an manipulated by those who are financially independent, by those who do not have to be slaves. as for why I do not want a girl or SO, I don't care about having sex or having children. Maybe I would change my mind if I met the right person, the idea of companionship is appealing but then again I am generally a lone wolf anyway, not just talking about romance, I like being alone.

Anywhere from 2-4 ideally. I want at least one to be a boy who I desperately hope will play football. My dad says training me and watching me play was one of his favorite parts of raising me, and I loved playing, so I'd want him to as well. Not required obviously and would never force him, just would make me insanely happy and absolutely fucking gassed up when it comes time for those Friday Night Lights games.
Want at least one girl too. Idk why but I feel like I'd be a good dad to her. Not sure why, but always felt this way.
I honestly think about this a lot and really need to get my shit together. The ride of parenting seems fun and littered with mistakes of just trying to be the best mom/dad you can be, and it is absolutely something I want to do.

I wish I played on college too. My dad was D1 back in the day, dude was a fuckin tank. I was recruited at a some D3 schools and a couple D2s but when I got into my top school, I kinda backed out because I was worried I couldn't handle the workload. I was also D-Line and lost a lot of weight after my senior season and didn't want to regain it. Big mistake in hindsight, shoulda sent it. It is such a fun sport to play. A lot of my closest friends are guys I played with in high school. I'd love to be in the dad-shoes for my kid.
Always wanted to play football but parents never wanted me to, mainly because of risk of head injuries. In hindsight I respect the decision
