1. Move to NYC

"If you always put limits on everything you do, physical or anything else, it will spread into your work and into your life. There are no limits. There are only plateaus, and you must not stay there, you must go beyond them." - Bruce Lee

Anything you can learn from, and that helps you shape as a person. Travel broadens your horizon, understanding of other cultures and mentality (if you just don’t stay in the hotel, but also throw yourself out there). Starting a business / trying to execute your start up idea can teach you various things you’ve not thought about before or touched, and great talking point during interviews. Joining a charity or founding one and giving back is one of the most rewarding feelings you can experience imo. See and hear stories of others and learn from their experiences. Read as much as you can while you’ve the time. Push yourself beyond your limits in sports, see how much your mind controls your body and life. There are so many things you can do, just pick one and do it.

My only real regret from my 20s is not traveling abroad more when I had a lot more free time and a lot lower expectations on lodging.

OP is English, so they have a bit easier of a time, but for everyone else reading - get yourself to Europe and Asia a bit and broaden your horizons.
