How to not show stress on your face

So I've been told by friends and family that they can visibly see on my face when I'm stressed, which is quite often these days. I feel like a lot of people at work are like that, but there are folks who always appear calm. Any ideas on how to work on this? Apparently you can see it in my eyes/face looks tired.

Sleep, breathe, and take a walk. Seriously, take some deep breaths when things are rough.

I had someone who worked for me, and when stressed their face would be bright bright red. It became a talking point amongst the senior team that things were not going well because he looked so flustered all the time (he was managing a highly visible space with a ton of cost pressure)

I explained that the way he was coming across was that he didn't know what he was doing and we were going to be hit hard financially, which was not the case when you looked at the actual work he was delivering. We then agreed that if he was feeling extremely stressed he needed to go for a walk and catch some deep breaths to relax himself and come back to the desk when ready. It sounds silly, but it worked and helped take his mind off of the constant pressure he was facing.
