How to properly Goon and win Pots in Low Stakes Poker

So basically my buddies and I are planning a low stakes poker tournament. I was wondering if anyone here has tips playing against intermediate level opponents.

Background Info:
In total we are 9 people varying in skill level. I would say most of us are in that intermediate level where everyone knows cards, combinations, outs etc. However i don’t think anyone in the group follows clear card ranges or thinks about Equity Value when making decisions etc.
In terms of player types in the group we have 1-2 rather tight players and 2-3 loose/aggressive and the rest i still dont know that well. Me myself i think i play rather mixed depending on my opponent and situation i am in but i sometimes struggle playing against those loose/aggressive players that sometimes have an absolute truck of a hand and sometimes have caught them bluffing with a 7/2s or sum shit. But against those players i struggle since they always put me in a tough spot when on a draw and they raise substantially or keep c-betting 5-10BBs , and i dont know in which cases I should defend or not.

What is the best way to play against these types of players and do you have any general tips or concepts to master.

I know Isaiah is lurking somewhere around here.

I would be happy for any help to goon more pots.
Ty
