How would you increase your confidence in the office?
On one hand, I’m struggling I’m being challenged by basic rudimentary assignments. On another hand, I’m bright, I’ve had very successful past internships.
I’m struggling with confidence, with fitting in, with standing by my work product and most importantly producing a quality price.
How would you handle this situation?
I’m not defeated - I can learn the stuff, but most importantly I want to boost my confidence around my colleagues.
Be more competent. You're not going to be (at least you shouldn't be) confident if you're struggling with basic tasks. When you become more competent, your co-workers will like you more and it will be easier to get along with them. This is not an issue that you can fix with an attitudinal change.
Idk. It feels like I’m an outsider.
I agree that the ultimate confidence boost can come from honing your skill set. Leveling-up is noticeable and can help with the fitting in as well. Can you elaborate on what tasks are difficult?

Sounds like you may have lost the genetic part of the battle and not inherited shameless, psychopathic tendencies. These are an evolutionary advantage to success in the business world.
I would just be as prepared as I could be always. Especially when you interact with high level people in a highly visible way. If you have to neglect other people due to scarce time, prioritize based on their future value to you.
