I just got 80k as a gift. What do I do?

Considering going in on a house (or other investment property) with my family, throwing it at leveraged indices, or maybe paying down some student debt. For context, I'm a rising junior at a target and will graduate with around $140k in student debt. Rate on private loan (the only one I'd actually consider paying down early) hasn't been determined yet, but will likely be fixed and around 7 or 8%. My wife plans on working for a year in market research and then wants to go to law school (paid for by her parents); I'll be working in IB after graduation, with the plan of moving into PE afterwards. B-school is likely but not 100% certain. If I decide I want to do it, I'll have to pay for it w a combination is scholarships, savings, and loans. My goal here is to optimize for long term wealth. I think having a house and subsequent cash flows would be cool, but the work involved in managing something like that seems annoying and I think I could probably find higher risk adjusted returns somewhere else. Just looking for advice and ideas.

I’m going to sit down today and model a few purchases/investments to see where returns stand relative to my cost of loans. I’m assuming they’ll be around 7-8%, but should know in the next week.

Put $80K down on a $200K used Porsch-e.
