Is this an Interview or just Coffee with a Top Tier Fund?

I guess I had too much time on my hands, but the other day I wrote an email to a top tier fund to see if I can get a chance to have coffee with the fund's manager ( actually a few). I don't know if the stars were aligned, something in my email (story) struck a cord, or if it was dumb luck, but I managed to land a chance to meet with the fund's manager. So in the back and forth between the fund they asked me for my CV and Bio. And since this wasn't an attempt to get a job I was a bit caught off guard. After explaining I just wanted a chance to talk and wasn't expecting anything they urged for the CV and Bio again, but to be brought with me when I meet the manager. This was after I provided my CV and a Bio to the person ( I guess) was vetting me or arranging this already. So is this an interview or just what I asked for? I mean I will plan for worse case and all, but any opinions on this would help. And since it is at a coffee shop, what do I wear? Is there anything else anyone would recommend for prep work? The Fund's investing style would be a perfect fit for me and it would be a huge chance even if I took a pay cut/ move/etc. Thanks

But to be more useful , give the people your CV (Im guessing you've done that) and start preparing hard. You've been given an unexpected opportunity , take your best swing at it

Unofficial interview. But yeah, treat it as if it was.
