NYC Roommate Wanted - 26M Associate

26 YO Associate currently living in Manhattan looking for a roommate with a similar lease timeline (end of September). I have lived with college friends since graduation but am looking for a change as I dont want to live with my current roommate and nobody in my immediate circle is on my timeline. I currently live downtown and would prefer somewhere in Manhattan but would consider parts of Brooklyn as well. Ideally looking to keep it <$3000 as I don't necessarily need to have all the amenities and am generally pretty frugal.

A little about me, I'm originally from the northeast and went to school here as well, interests include sports, music, golf, skiing, and travel, and I'm fairly active. I'm pretty social but am starting to pass my prime party years, will usually have a lighter night out once a week and then usually do something once or twice a week outside of that. In terms of living habits, I am in office M-Th, cook on occasion but try to meal prep most Sundays, and I am pretty clean/proactive about getting chores done.

Ideally looking for someone also in the mid-late 20s with similar living habits and is also social who wouldnt mind hanging to watch some games and otherwise make a new friend. Feel free to PM me and we can chat more.
