OverEmployed

Has anyone heard of this? Essentially its a concept where you work 2 full time jobs (preferably remote). The idea is that you do just enough, or average, work at both jobs to not be fired, and essentially double your income while working roughly the same amount of hours. This obviously wouldn't work in IB/PE etc, but outside of that it could.

Currently I work maybe 5-10 hrs a week and make just over 6 figures (work remotely). I have a second offer in a corp dev related role (which is also remote). I'm heavily considering taking this too and riding the second income stream for as long as I can. My ultimate goal is to get an mba in the next 2 or so years as my current job isn't very prestigious, at which point I can transition out of over-employed and actually work a job I like. But until then, would there be any drawbacks to being overemployed?
