Regarding the resume, there is a lot to do.

I am assuming that wherever you are going to apply, the same standards as in the US/UK prevail.

1) Keep it to 1 page 2) Use M&I's resume template for starters 3) How did you work for a PE company from 2010-2013 in Cairo if you got your Masters from Barcelona? 4) Remove any high school stuff 5) Don't say "Good German, fair Spanish" Addition to 5) Why is one capitalized while the other isn't 6) No objective 7) Remove who you were reporting to 8) Remove "Title:" at every job description 9) Move all the dates to the right site 10) Remove the reference stuff at the bottom

That's it for now. Once you did all of this, come back and you will get more help.

Your resume looks ok. I do have a couple feedback Never, ever, ever have a resume more than one one page. HR and recruiters hate that. If you need more space adjust your alignment. Resumes that are more than two pages usually get thrown out. If a CEO can have a one page resume so can you.You don’t need an objective and your summary of skills is too long, I would narrow it down to the essentials. Some of the skills that you have listed on there can be inferred from the way you word your job responsibilities

Try to quantify some of your experience. In the case that you do not have a quantifiable metric focus on how you outperformed and any results you achieved. You did a great job with a lot of those bullet points but I would recommend adding a little more.

When it comes to your resume you have to take a step back and put yourself in the recruiters or managers shoes. You may very well have the experience for it but how does it apply to an operations analyst position. A lot of your bullets points are irrelevant to the position you are seeking, I would recommend removing it. Ex: Great to put on resume: helped create first-time access to life-changing technologies, products and services for isolated villagers through locally-owned, managed and sustainable (profitable) entrepreneurial solutions. Not so Great: Assisted with move-ins and move-out of tenants. You see my point

Formatting is a little off, keep consistent dates alignments, keep all your headings the same. You want your resume to read as smoothly as possible.Delete the reference, they will ask you if they need.
