Rabbits are elite tier pets if your working banking hours
Just gonna leave this here, get 2 rabbits (Flemish giant rabbits are dope) they will be fairly happy alone, don't need to be walked and arent terribly difficult to feed. If you like pets and are busy get a fucking rabbit immediately.
Have fun picking up the little rabbit shit balls when you get back home
They go in litter boxes.
Any other pet suggestions
Snakes are low maintenance, but they're snakes...
#1 tip to get traction on WSO post:
Put the word "elite" anywhere in the title
you forgot the word "tier"
Tbf the era of excessive tier lists on here has passed
You have a flemish giant rabbit? I feel like I'd be scared of it, they're huge. They're cute though. Also, I'd take that over a cat. Fuck it, I might get one for my dorm room
No, but I want to get one. I like dogs but they're high maintenance, friends said to get a cat but I despise cats. Flemish giant solves the problem. Also what dorms let you have pets?
Had a Flemish giant many years ago. Pretty nice, tame fella, but holy shit did he eat every cord and electronic under the sun.
How much did it cost to feed and own him?
This was a little over a decade ago, so I wasn’t paying to feed it and such. I don’t think it was too bad though, litter box, alfalfa, and some kind of straw I think. Fresh greens are cheap too and we used to feed it that sometimes.

Unless you lose it at the office. All around bad timing, first time I had to leave a man behind due to my last day at work. Fucked me up.
Cat
Cats are goated. Get two from the same litter, raise them for a few months and they’ll be best friends and keep each other company. I love my cats. Wouldn’t trade them for the world. They live their lives around you. So convenient.
Thoughts on hamsters?
Get a gf as your pet bro. Elite ass fuck.
My sister has had one of the giant rabbits for around 8-10 years now and here is why I would say to AVOID. One positive is that they can be easily potty trained and are relatively low maintenance. On the other end rabbits are considered “exotic” animals by vets and the bills for health and check up related issues will be 5-10x the cost of a dog or cat. For that reason alone I would avoid. Do you really want to spend $5k+ to keep this animal alive when it gets health problems as it ages. Over its life time it will be insanely expensive to own a rabbit.
