Real life Jason Bourne

Hey Guys,

I am not sure if you have seen this yet. Basically a CIA agent killed 2 people in Pakistan.

Its a really interesting article, and I wanted to get your opinions on it.

Old news dude and I don't think shooting couple punks that were trying to rob you constitutes the guy being Jason Bourne. I know he was a former SF dude but they aren't that uncommon in foreign service. I don't disagree that he is probably a CIA agent but the fact that a Pakistani Intel Official said that he was employed by the CIA is relatively meaningless

If I had asked people what they wanted, they would have said faster horses - Henry Ford

Re: bourne, CIA special activities division is about the closest as one gets to jason bourne. One of the first guys killed in Afghanistan was S.A.D., (mike spann).

i now have a craving for kfc. thanks.

Seth DavisI don't understand why the administration doesn't leverage the 1.5 billion in aid per year more. As a taxpayer, I also don't understand why we give them aid every year. They harbor terrorists and won't turn over our CIA agents when we ask them too.

Because Pakistan is still useful to US.

Just think of the $1.5 billion in aid as hush money. If you think Pakistan is hospitable to terrorists now, wait till we stop paying them off. We're basically buying cooperation in Pakistan.

As for opinions on Ray Davis, he was almost certainly CIA. Diplomats don't get caught with RFID chips and infrared torches on their person after shooting 2 "robbers," who just happened to be Pakistani intelligence agents.

Ray Davis was doing his job by helping the U.S. root out terrorists and now he's a pawn. As for SAD, someone made the point that the first casualty in Afghanistan was SAD. Extra points if someone can name the other conflict where the first U.S. casualty was with a pre-cursor to SAD.
