Should I get a cat
Will be working in a sweaty group min 80hours from what I heard, will live with my parents…although they don’t know how to take care of an animal, I pretty much would have to do everything for the cat

No.
I want go get a cat but my mother hates pets :(
I love cats but I am afraid I won’t have enough time to take care ( gets sick etc), I can buy automatic feeder/litter but am afraid as a first year I will get fucked
Cats have one of the best enjoyment to effort ratio out of any animal in imo. All you have to do is clean the little box once or twice a day (takes literally 30 seconds if you stay on top of this) and remember to feed and water the thing (cat will yell at you if you forget).
And I assume your bank will be hybrid as most are, so even working for a sweaty group will still mean you’ll be able to hang out and take care of the cat. But pretty all you have to do is exist and pet the cat occasionally, and it’ll be happy. And you’ll be happy cuz it’s a cute lil cat chilling with you every day
Is your bank hybrid? If so should be fine, cats are low maintenance. I assume your parents would be able to put food/water out or change the litter box on occasion if you really get into a crunch.
Bigger question is what you will do when you move into your own place - is your next job going to be PE with similar terrible hours, with no parents as a backup plan?
No
They took care of you, didn't they? Aren't you an animal? How much do you lift?
(it is far easier dealing with a cat than raising kids)
We have a cat and we both work, her parents stop by every once in a while. What others have said is correct, it would also depend a bit on the cat breed. Some of them are highly social and need more face time with humans. Others are more independent.
Ragdolls, as an example, are very social and follow you around the house like a dog, and are also keen to spend more time with their family.
Damn ....
Unless you can work from home at your sweatshop then okay otherwise no.
I get where you're coming from. Having a cat is like having a fluffy bundle of joy, but it's also a big responsibility. I had a similar situation when I adopted my cat. If you're ready to commit to the care and love a cat needs – even with a busy schedule – it can be incredibly rewarding. Just make sure to communicate with your parents, involve them in the process, and create a cat care plan together. I also suggest choosing the cat's breed and price beforehand (here, you can learn more about cat breeds). I hope that helps!
We have a cat and it is working out, we share the work/cleaning and someone is always around. WFH also helps.
