You sweet intern. Deal toys are given out after a deal closes to those who were a part of it. It'll have all the details of the deal on it so one can display it in their office or on their desk. It's just a little trophy really. I used to work at a REI firm and we had a few for different big closings in the five boroughs. The WSO deal toy is just a stupid semi-translucent banana, but it's quite fun regardless.
