1 more interview…
What should I expect when a firm asks me to do one more interview after I completed the superday?
Are they undecided on whether to give me an offer?

Could be anything (tie-breaker vote, head-to-head against another finalist, final check the box, etc.) but might suggest that a key decision maker didn’t get to meet you and needs to opine.
Perhaps they were traveling or their schedule didn’t line up with your interview slate. I’d say generally positive sign.
Had the same thing happen; was a meeting with the founder that was purely personality based. Got the offer on the spot at the end of the call. However, could also be a case of it's a tie-breaker of you vs. another person. Generally good sign they are reaching out post-superday since it at least meant you did well enough in their super day to continue in the process. There are some firms that will make you talk to everyone on the team as well.
