I'd imagine it will be quite commercial actually - many of their Partners come from very established GPs and their team is quite large now. Maybe a slight fee discount relative to market but can't imagine it will be that big a discount

As with the numerous Temasek linked entities, there's always the question of why they would do this in the first place (given that they could deploy out of Temasek directly) and what their edge is if the senior leadership come out from Temasek having deals shown to them instead of them needing to source deals. It's hard to see how differentiated they are as growth-biased investors when there are lots of guys that have similar firepower. For the deals they have done, they didn't lead the Shopback deal (Asia Partners did) and Tower Capital led the BoardRoom deal. Though iirc Temasek has a GP stake in Tower Capital lol. 

They do pay very well, though I would think about if the motivations for the seniors to leave Temasek and start 65 are right. I don't know for sure for 65, but Temasek has the tendency sometimes to parachute people in different places for very comfortable gigs
