Add-On Acquisitions in LBO Model
I’m curious on how build a dynamic three statement LBO model that can integrate add-ons and show returns. Does anyone have any resources they can point to that would help with this? I’ve searched around and can really only find income statement only or very high level examples. Would appreciate any help. Thanks.
Just think of it as capex which generates EBITDA.
P&L
- Additional revenue, GM and EBITDA - probably show as separate lines
BS
- Additional asset at cost / capex for acquisition
- Additional debt / equity to fund the capex
Cash Flow
- Debt / equity issuance
- Additional cash flow from the acquisition
