Met them years ago when I was still Analyst 1 (VP 1 now) and knew a couple of people there but they now left a year or so ago so my feedback is a bit outdated.

Recruitment process (when I was Analyst 1):
1st stage: Online tests like the one you go through for Graduate Program in IBD
2nd stage: Modelling test for 90min. Can't remember if it was a toll-road or airport but fairly straight forward if you did infra IBD
3rd stage: Interviews with associates, VPs and Directors
4th stage: Interviews with Partners/Founding Partner

Worth noting that the Founding Partner is a bit special. If you can picture the archetype of a top old school MD within an IBD, you can probably guess the type of personality.

From my previous sources, long hours, tough culture with an entrepreneurship mindset. They don't have any support functions so you will need to deal with IT, HR, payroll, i.e. taxes yourself (this might have changed since). In terms of reputation, don't really know much but they have been aggressive on some deals (thinking about Augean). Not sure where they are with fundraising though.

Nonetheless, if you don't have a top IBD background and you want to get into infrastructure PE, they are less selective and tend to give you a chance (they recruited people from Big4).
