Anyone heard of OpenGate Capital? Los Angeles
Interested in the culture, professionals, or any info on OpenGate Capital in Los Angeles. They have an internship posted and I am interested.
Yeah--it's going to be very sourcing heavy but still a legitimate experience. Friend interned there and leveraged that to get offers from a few BB in LA area.
ex platinum equity guys, another PE shop in LA/Beverly Hills.

Fundless sponsor.. I don't normally give too much respect to fundless sponsors but Opengate has done well for themselves. Don't really know what the culture is like for junior guys, but the one senior guy I met seemed like a ball buster.
anyone knw the type of work the interns were given there? i currently have a summer internship secured at a non-paid boutique (SA position, maybe 70-80hrs/week) and want to leverage it for a lower tier BB for FT recruitment if possible and wanted to see if opengate capital could be a bttr experience for BB recruitment
