I heard from one guy I talked to who was a pe associate like 5 years ago that he cleared 300k then. So I’d assume mid 300s. He said his friend worked there and in 10 years passed 10 mill in personal income. This is all from that one guy so not sure what actually figures are.

 

anyone know what analyst comp is like? also anyone else apply recently?

 

Pretty staggering numbers here breaking $340k in your first year. What’s Associate Comp like?

Heard nothing but negatives thus far with top juniors leaving / getting canned due to fund performance. Jw if still a worthwhile seat to prioritize during recruit?
