Associate Pay Progression
Landed a PE gig a little while back and was wondering what the progression in comp at the associate level looks like, given it is much more opaque than what you see in banking (100,110,120 as an AN).
Let's say the starting comp for this position is 150+150, what does that normally look like as an ASO2 and ASO3? Does it generally step up annually, and by how much ($10k, $25k)?

Hope that helps.
In my experience, total comp usually steps up by $25K
