Associate Resume
I've seen lots of examples of bankings resumes as people try to break into PE but does anyone have an example or tips of how to put PE associate experience on a resume for lateral/sr. associate recruiting opportunities?

curious_monkey, shame nobody has responded. Maybe one of these topics will help:
I hope those threads give you a bit more insight.
anyone?
Bump - also interested.
Similar structure, with a particular focus on recent deals completed. I would highlight the role you played and the workstreams you managed (e.g. third party diligence, financing, etc.). Also incorporate key PE deal items that are critical to each deal, such as LBO modeling, covenant modeling, preparation of investment committee memo, preparation of quarterly reporting packages, construction of the funds flow, etc.
Good luck!
yeah this seems spot on
That makes sense, thanks
I guess my only other question would be about deals that didn't close. If you want to start recruiting before you have closed any deals would you think that's going to be a big problem? Is it like banking where you can talk about deals you worked on that didn't close?
